For dinner I made chicken stir fry, probably the best I’ve ever made!! I sautéed the veggies in coconut oil and seasoned them with curry powder. For the sauce I used coconut aminos and a sweet chili ginger sauce. And everything is over a bed of whole grain lo mein noodles!
